Preslyn McSween is the visionary behind every product, every program, and every journal page designed to uplift and inspire. With a deep love for God and a calling to serve, Preslyn lives her life anchored in faith, led by compassion, and fueled by a passion for helping others, especially children.

From her early days volunteering in her community to now leading impactful initiatives like the Brave Heart Circle and ConfiKidz Circle, Preslyn’s mission has always been clear: to create safe, empowering spaces where people, young and old, can grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose.

She currently serves as the Kids and Youth Coordinator in her church, pouring into the next generation with wisdom, joy, and creativity. Her journey in service also includes her years with the St. George’s Leo Club, where she served as President, Vice President (twice), Secretary, and led numerous community projects. Her dedication earned her the Leo of the Month, Leo of the Year, and the prestigious Values in Action Award from St. George’s University.

But Preslyn’s leadership goes beyond titles. She is a lifelong learner, always taking part in training and personal development to grow into the leader God has called her to be. Every journal, affirmation, workshop, and kit you see at Peace Grace Concepts is a reflection of her growth, her story, and her heart.

Through grief, trials, and transformation, Preslyn found her voice and now she’s using it to help others find theirs.
