Our Impact
1. Boxes of Hope: Bringing Light to Children After Hurricane Beryl
When Hurricane Beryl swept through the tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique, it left behind more than broken rooftops and fallen trees, it left children scared, families displaced, and communities in need of comfort and care.
At Peace Grace Concepts Journal Club, we couldn’t sit still. We knew we had to respond, not just with supplies, but with something deeper. Something that whispers: You are not forgotten. You are loved. You are brave.
That’s how Boxes of Hope came to life.
What Was Inside?
Each Box of Hope was thoughtfully packed to uplift, educate, and bring joy to the hearts of children affected by the storm. Inside, they received:
-
1 Affirmation Exercise Book from Peace Grace Concepts—each page lined with uplifting affirmations to build confidence and emotional strength
-
1 Affirmation Puzzle Book from Spice Isle Enigmas—fun and faith-based puzzles to spark learning and healing
-
Pencils, crayons, and an eraser—tools for creativity and self-expression
-
A box of juice and snacks—a comforting treat during uncertain times
-
A handmade card crafted with care by children in the St. George’s Lions Club Summer Program—reminding young recipients that they are not alone
Every item told a story of compassion. Every box carried not just tools, but love.
Where Did They Go?
These special Boxes of Hope were distributed to children in the northern part of Grenada and on our sister isle Carriacou, two areas heavily affected by the hurricane.
One child received this touching message from another:
“I’m so sorry for your loss. I pray the Lord strengthens you during this difficult time, and I truly hope everything gets better for you.”
Moments like these are the reason we do this.
Why It Matters?
In disaster recovery, emotional wellness is just as crucial as physical rebuilding. That’s why Peace Grace Concepts focuses on offering tools that help children feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Boxes of Hope don’t just bring supplies, they bring peace, grace, and a renewed sense of purpose.

2. Brave Heart Circle: Planting Seeds of Confidence in Young Minds
Brave Heart Circle: Planting Seeds of Confidence in Young MindsOn a vibrant Saturday morning, October 26, 2024, the Botanical Gardens in Tanteen, Grenada, came alive with laughter, learning, and love. The occasion? Brave Heart Circle, a heart-led initiative by Peace Grace Concepts Journal Club, was created to uplift and empower children aged 7 to 12 through affirmations, gratitude, journaling, and fun-filled activities.
This wasn’t just another children's event. It was a moment of transformation, a space where children were reminded of just how valuable they are.
Speaking Life: The Affirmation Moment
Our day began with simple words that carried big meaning: “I am enough,” “I am loved,” “I am brave.” For some children, it was the first time they’d spoken these truths out loud. The sparkle in their eyes told us everything. They were starting to believe it.
Gratitude in Action
In a special Compliment and Gratitude Circle, children took turns uplifting one another with kind words. Shy smiles grew into wide grins as compliments flowed freely, proving that confidence often grows when we build one another up.
Journaling Joy
Our journaling segment gave each child a chance to pause and reflect. With prompts and guidance, they put pen to paper, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and dreams. It was powerful to witness. As one child wrote, “I believe in myself more than I did before.”
Games, Giggles & Growth
Through interactive activities and confidence-boosting games, children opened up, supported one another, and found joy in being exactly who they are. And yes, there was plenty of laughter in the air.
Celebrating Every Brave Heart
To close our day, each child received a Brave Heart badge and certificate, a simple but symbolic reminder that they showed up, spoke up, and grew.
What’s Next?
This is just the beginning. Brave Heart Circle aims to reach every parish across Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique, helping children recognize their worth, their voice, and their power. Our next Brave Heart Circle will be at Gouyave, St. John.

3. SELF-CARE SEPTEMBER 2024: MOVEMENT THAT MATTERED
Three Parishes. Three Coaches. One Powerful Mission: Wellness for All.
In September 2024, Peace Grace Concepts turned up the energy and turned on the self-care with three high-impact workout sessions across Grenada! Our goal? To remind our communities that taking care of your body is an act of self-love and strength.
-
Session 1 – Victoria
We kicked things off in the north with a fire-filled session led by Coach David Martin, where residents of Victoria showed up and showed out! -
Session 2 – Gouyave
Then we kept the momentum alive in Gouyave with the vibrant and passionate Coach Jade Paul, bringing movement, music, and motivation to the heart of the parish. -
Session 3 – St. George’s
We wrapped up in the capital with none other than Coach Anthony Antoine, who delivered a dynamic finale that left us inspired, energized, and ready to keep wellness front and center.
These sessions weren’t just about fitness, they were about community, confidence, and commitment to personal care.
At Peace Grace Concepts, we believe self-care is sacred.
Let’s keep moving. Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep choosing ourselves.

4. Legacy in Motion: A Day of Purpose, Strength & Impact
On November 12, 2024, Peace Grace Concepts stood in a powerful moment of reflection, impact, and celebration, a day that marked not one, but three unforgettable milestones in our journey of hope and healing.
Joined by my brother, Preston Mc Sween, a proud Grenadian and professional cricketer, we turned our grief into greatness as we honored the memory of our beloved sister, Kailey Mc Sween, who transitioned seven years ago. Her life continues to inspire the heartbeat of everything we do.
- We celebrated the 3rd Anniversary of Peace Grace Concepts, a vision born from brokenness, now blooming with purpose.
- We marked the 1st Anniversary of Brave Heart Circle, our bold movement building courage, confidence, and emotional strength in children across the nation.
- We poured into the next generation, gifting Brave Exercise Book Packages to the amazing students at St. Matthew’s Catholic School, planting seeds of hope in every line, page, and word.
But we didn’t just give them tools, we spoke life into them. Together, with voices strong and eyes wide with promise, we led them in repeating powerful affirmations,
“I am brave. I am strong. I can do hard things.”
Their voices echoed purpose. Their hearts believed it. That’s the Peace Grace difference.
This is more than a moment, it’s a movement.
Peace Grace Concepts is rewriting stories, one brave heart at a time.
Join us. Believe with us. Speak life. Be the difference.
